Meine Laufbahn hat eine klare Logik: Erst Controlling und Corporate Finance in internationalen Konzernen (L'Oréal, Otto Group), dann CFO-Verantwortung im Mittelstand und im Wachstumsumfeld (Teads.tv, Nec Plus Ultra), schließlich globale Linien­verantwortung im Industriekonzern (Wärtsilä, Dänemark / Norwegen / China / Italien). Seit 2021 als Interim CFO selbstständig — mit dem Vorteil, beide Welten zu kennen.

Ich arbeite hands-on und führe gleichzeitig: Ich kann selbst ein Konsolidierungsproblem lösen, ein Forecast-Modell bauen oder eine Bankverhandlung führen — und gleichzeitig ein internationales Finance-Team von 30+ Mitarbeitenden in acht Ländern steuern. Diese Bandbreite ist in komplexen Übergangs­situationen entscheidend.

My career has a clear logic: first controlling and corporate finance in international groups (L'Oréal, Otto Group), then CFO responsibility in mid-cap and growth environments (Teads.tv, Nec Plus Ultra), finally global line responsibility in an industrial group (Wärtsilä, across Denmark / Norway / China / Italy). Since 2021 independent as Interim CFO — with the advantage of knowing both worlds.

I am hands-on and lead at the same time: I can solve a consolidation issue, build a forecast model or run a bank negotiation myself — and simultaneously steer an international finance team of 30+ across eight countries. That bandwidth is decisive in complex transition situations.
